RYAN INGRAM-BASKETBALL RECRUITER

Ryan Ingram is a former four-year starter at Swarthmore College, where he played a key role in the program’s historic rise. During his career, Swarthmore appeared in four NCAA Tournaments, reached 3 Elite Eights, one National Championship game, and in 2020 held the best record in basketball across every division before the season was cut short due to COVID-19. Across those four years, the program compiled a 104–17 record and an 86% win percentage. Before arriving at Swarthmore, Ryan was the all-time leading scorer at Western Albemarle High School and developed a deep understanding of the work, discipline, and academic balance required to succeed at the next level.

After completing his playing career, Ryan started working in data analytics for EAB in Washington DC. He is looking to help student-athletes navigate the college basketball recruiting landscape. He went through this process himself and competed in one of the nation’s premier academic-athletic environments, so he knows firsthand what top academic programs look for, how coaches evaluate prospects, and what families can do to position themselves for success.

Ryan has developed strong relationships with coaches across the high school and college basketball community, including many programs in the Centennial, ODAC, NESCAC, CAA, and other academically elite conferences. These connections allow him to provide families with credible insights into program needs, coaching styles, and the realities of high-academic recruiting. They also help him guide student-athletes in how to communicate with coaches effectively, present themselves authentically, and focus on programs where they are a true fit both on the court and in the classroom.

Today, Ryan works with student-athletes and families who want integrity, honesty, and a strategic approach to the recruiting process. His goal is to help each athlete find a college environment where they can thrive and enjoy the student-athlete experience.
