He later served as Head Varsity Girls’ Coach at Algonquin, continuing his focus on program building and player advancement.
Beyond team coaching, John has been deeply involved in talent identification and player pathways through work with Olympic Development Program (ODP) teams, elite club programs, and collegiate and professional camps. His leadership within the sport includes serving as President of the Central Massachusetts Soccer Coaches’ Association and Secretary of the MIAA Soccer Committee, roles that further strengthened his network across the high school, club, and college levels.
John holds a USSF “B” License and multiple United Soccer Coaches (NSCAA) diplomas, including the Premier Diploma earned in England.
