As a partner at JB+C, Adam helps players navigate the complex college recruiting landscape with clarity, purpose, and strategy — connecting talent with the right program fit both on and off the field.

Adam spent over a decade at Johns Hopkins University, where he served as Associate Head Baseball Coach, Recruiting Coordinator, and Hitting Coach. During his tenure, Johns Hopkins was a perennial national contender, earning multiple College World Series appearances and top-10 finishes. Adam developed a data-driven approach to player development, implementing advanced analytics (Rapsodo, HitTrax, and video analysis) to optimize offensive performance and reduce arm injuries. He also forged partnerships with the Baltimore Orioles Analytics Pitching Lab, expanding opportunities for player evaluation and growth.

In addition to his work at Hopkins, Adam founded ABC Baseball LLC, where he coached and directed camps, clinics, and development programs for high school and college athletes nationwide. His leadership of the Baltimore Clippers in the Maryland Collegiate Baseball League culminated in a 2022 league championship, reflecting his commitment to player development and team culture.

A graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University with a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communications, Adam also holds a Master’s in Teaching from Towson University. His background as both an educator and coach shapes his mentoring philosophy — emphasizing communication, accountability, and long-term growth.

At JB+C, Adam leverages his recruiting expertise, coaching network, and player-first mindset to help families make informed, confident decisions throughout the college baseball process.
