A Richmond, Virginia native and former college soccer player, Josh Rahman serves as the General Manager of JBC Soccer Recruiting, where he provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and athlete advocacy with one guiding goal: helping families navigate the college recruiting process with clarity, integrity, and confidence.

Josh brings firsthand understanding of the academic and athletic demands placed on student-athletes. That perspective is further informed by his experience as a parent of both a college soccer player and a college baseball player. Having guided his own family through the recruiting journey, he understands the pressure, uncertainty, and high-stakes decisions families face—and the importance of thoughtful planning, realistic expectations, and informed decision-making - giving him a rare, 360-degree view of the recruiting journey.

Josh also leads and collaborates with a trusted team of experienced soccer professionals, including former collegiate and professional soccer players, coaches, and recruiting specialists. Together, they provide athletes with well-rounded evaluation, sport-specific insight, and informed guidance throughout the recruiting process—ensuring each player benefits from both individualized attention and collective expertise.

In addition to his role at JBC Soccer Recruiting, Josh is the Executive Director and President of H3 Baseball, a national nonprofit dedicated to expanding access and opportunity through athlete development and high-level recruiting showcases. In this capacity, he has worked closely with college coaches across NCAA Division I, II, and III programs.
