PAIGE MORIARTY-LACROSSE RECRUITER

Paige Moriarty brings elite playing credentials, extensive college and club coaching experience, and deep recruiting expertise to her role as Primary Lacrosse Consultant at Jeff Burton Consulting.

Paige joined the Amherst College women’s lacrosse staff in the summer of 2018 as an assistant coach, where she played a key role in player development, offensive strategy, and recruiting. In that position, she coordinated recruiting correspondence and spent significant time on the road evaluating talent in nationally competitive recruiting classes—giving her firsthand insight into how college coaches assess, prioritize, and communicate with prospective student-athletes.

Following her time at Amherst, Paige served as Recruiting Coordinator for GRIT Lacrosse Club in Houston, Texas from 2020 to 2024. In that role, she worked directly with high school-aged athletes and families, guiding them through the recruiting process, managing college communications, and evaluating talent at major national recruiting events. Her experience at GRIT placed her at the intersection of club lacrosse, college recruiting strategy, and family education.

Concurrently, Paige was a Teacher and Varsity Girls’ Lacrosse Coach at Episcopal High School in Houston, where she supported student-athletes both in the classroom and on the field. This dual role strengthened her perspective on academic fit, time management, and the realities families face balancing school, athletics, and recruiting pressures.

Prior to these roles, Paige also coached with Metro Lacrosse, running weekly practices for high school club teams and coaching at weekend recruiting tournaments—further grounding her understanding of athlete development and exposure pathways.

A 2018 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a bachelor’s degree in American Studies, Paige is one of the most accomplished Division III attackers of her generation. She was a three-time First Team IWLCA All-American and the IWLCA Division III Attacker of the Year in both 2016 and 2018. During her exceptional four-year career, she earned All-Conference and All-Region honors each season and totaled 393 career points (230 goals, 163 assists), helping lead Franklin & Marshall to four NCAA Tournament appearances, including two trips to the Final Four.

As Amherst head coach Christine Paradis noted, “She brings a wealth of knowledge and skill. I am excited for her to help our attack be even more dynamic both individually and as a unit.”

Based in Houston, TX, Paige works closely with lacrosse families nationwide to:

  • Clarify recruiting timelines and realistic opportunities

  • Translate college coach communication and interest

  • Help athletes present themselves authentically and professionally

  • Guide parents through key recruiting decisions with honesty and transparency

Paige is known for her calm, thoughtful approach and her ability to help families slow the process down, focus on fit over flash, and make confident decisions in an increasingly complex recruiting landscape. She collaborates closely with Jeff Burton to ensure JBC Lacrosse families receive the same level of elite guidance, integrity, and trust that define the firm across all sports.
